The EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter "GDPR", establishes rules relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules relating to the free circulation of data.

Your personal data are processed in the performance of tasks of public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of public authority vested in the University.

The processing of your data, in compliance with the principles set out in art. 5 of the GDPR, is carried out for the following purposes: to register for Higher Education School events
Provision of data
With reference to the aforementioned purposes, the provision of data is mandatory, as in the absence of them it will not be possible to admit to the training event.

in compliance with the security measures provided by the University, by subjects within the University itself, authorized to process them, who are given suitable operating instructions regarding measures and precautions aimed at the concrete protection of your personal data.

Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.
Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations
Your data is not transferred to a recipient in a third country or to an international organization.
Retention period
Your data are kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they are processed.
Rights of the interested party towards the owner and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data
In your capacity as an interested party, you can exercise the following rights towards the University, using the contact details of the data controller:

right to limit the processing in the cases referred to in Article 18 of the GDPR;

In his capacity as an interested party, he also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Article 77 of the GDPR), or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the GDPR).
Right to withdraw consent
In his capacity as an interested party, he has the right to revoke the consent given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation.
